Job responsibilities

Take ownership of implementing the Blueair global service concept for the B2B segment in China including but not limited to hotel, restaurants, wellness studios, offices, distribution partners or strategic alliances. Special projects involving sales and marketing in order to increase profitability of Blueair as a whole.

- Deepen relationships with existing accounts ensuring they reach their full potential – ensure Blueair is the Vendor of Choice
- Research, analyse, and target new market opportunities and market segments on behalf of Blueair
- Screening potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, financial feasibility, and internal resource requirements
- Develop and execute negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new opportunities with company strategies, conducting risk return analysis, estimating potential partner needs and goals
- Negotiate pricing, service agreements, terms of contracts to ensure a beneficial arrangement for Blueair and the partner
- Be an important role for building Blueair B2B service team and provide on-going sales training to team members and customers.
- Be the important link between customer and service team ensuring the best service is provided
- Share and report best practises with BD management and global team
- Meet or exceed annual B2B channel sales goals and objectives as set by the company business plans
- Enhance company brand by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and creative request which contribute to achievement off Blueair commercial goals
- Plan and attend tradeshows and in-person meetings – travel required

Requirements
- 3 years professional business experience, in a selling service to B2B customers related role;
- Knowledge of complex sales, service, marketing strategy, B2B expertise;
- Understanding of financial metrics and reports; Experience of forecasting / Market analysis
- Knowledge of order processing, billing and CRM experience;
- Selling service experience calling on Hotel/Hospitality channel is preferred
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to learn new processes quickly and independently

Education Background
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably with a business concentration, market/sales focus;
