职位描述：
Job Description
1. Order parts and supplies to our customers used for Ecolean machines from supplier network/base suppliers to order parts
     从供应商网络订购客户所需的备件
2. Follow up on and track orders in order to meet confirmed delivery times to customers
     跟进订单状况以便及时为客户发货
3. Import- Custom clearance of spare parts (paper work, translations, descriptions, inspection etc)
     备件清关（材料准备，翻译，备件描述，检查等）
4. Customer contact and communication
     与客户进行沟通
5. Supply spare parts on time and according to 7R principle (the right product, to the right customer, At the right time, At the right place, In the right condition, In the right quantity, At the right cost)
      根据7R原则（正确的产品，正确的客户，正确的时间，正确的地点，正确的条件，良好的质量以及适宜的价格）准时为客户发货
6. Issue invoices for customer purchases and follow up on payments
     为客户开具发票并跟进付款事宜
7. Claim handling and coordination
      投诉的处理与协调
8. Update information for parts and other supplies in ERP system
     在ERP系统更新备件信息
9. Control delivered purchase order according to 7R principle and add to inventory
     根据7R原则控制备件购买订单并加入库存清单
10. Make sure that ERP system reflects actual situation of inventory
      确保ERP系统的数据反映的是实际库存情况
11. Make/support inventory based on the company schedule
      根据公司计划做库存盘点
12. Understand and follow terms and conditions in agreement regulating supply with customers
      理解并遵循与客户签订的协议
13. Keep track and issue renewal of agreement regulating supply with customers
      跟进并更新客户协议

Requirements:
1. Experience of working in supply chain management specifically for spare parts and/or similar supplies
      具有供应链管理经验，尤其是具有备件管理方面经验
2. It is a plus if the person has experience from dairy industry
      有乳制品行业经验者优先
3. Is a driven team player with excellent collaboration skills
      良好的团队合作精神
4. Excellent in communicating externally as well as internally
      良好的沟通能力
5. Experienced and skilled in working with IFS or Scala ERP system
      有IFS 或Scala ERP系统经验
6. Experienced and skilled in working with MS office
      熟悉office办公软件
7. Fluent in English and Chinese, both in written and spoken language
      英文流利
8. Can adopt to a fast pace of growth and changing environments
