职位描述：
Key Deliverables:
Business Compliance - Set up and ensure compliance to HuaNong EHSS (Environment, Occupational health, Safety, Sustainability) system meeting, as a minimum, Ingredion guideline (EHS-MS) and China legal requirements.
Environment, Sustainability – Set up procedures and optimize WWTP and other environmental facilities to ensure environmental compliance and sustainability.
Safety – Set up procedures and ensure the core value is not compromised, change people`s awareness and unsafe behaviors, achieve zero recordable injury.
Occupational Health – Set up procedures, monitoring plan, annual checkup, control occupational exposure within legal limits, promote employee`s health, ensure zero occupational disease.

Agility and Innovation:
EHS Improvement - Identifies improvement opportunities, sets up, tracks and implements EHSS improvement plans to bridge gaps.
Implements agreed corporate/regional programs.
Management Development - Enhance current performance to new level of excellence by supporting management/functions to identify risks (conditional, beahvioural and procedural) and in the implementation of Manufacturing and Non-Manufacturing EHSS related initiatives, plans, developments, legislation and issues to manage those risks.
EHS Audit - Develop, Implement and Support EHSS audit & inspection processes for Huanong`s Manufacturing and Non-Manufacturing, ensuring Corporate EHS&S codes are properly implemented as appropriate at all locations.
Reporting – Monitors and reports on site’s EHS Key Performance Indicators, developing suitable monitoring and reporting to drive activity & progress. Informs management of all EHS related incidents according to procedures

Relationships and People:
Governmental interactions – build up good relationship with governmental divisions, complete EHSS related legal/governmental requirements, such as approvals, declarations and permits etc..
Internal Coordination – Support and keep good relationship across other functions to promote EHSS performance.
Culture - Drives a step change in EHS culture through training, communication and enforcement of standards.
Supervision - Supervisrs and manages day to day operation of Environment team.

Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or equivalent in Environmental or Safety major, Minimum of 3 years full time EHS experience.
? National Certified Safety Engineer (CSE)
? Leadership experience to set up EHS management systems from (close to) zero existing system, preferably in a multinational company
? Experience in managing EHS through a structured management system, preferably certified to OHSAS18000
? Fluent English, good interpersonal communication skills and be able to work across multiple functions.

Requirements:
? Able to demonstrate ability to drive cultural change in EHS
? Ideal experience in multinational company.
? Experience in biological WWTP is a plus.
? Develops effective plans and obtains “buy-in” across all stakeholders
? Able to work collaboratively across multiple functions and cultures both internally and externally to drive innovative solutions. Connects resources to develop ideas to fruition
? Understands the impact of EHS on the business and balances risk in prioratising activity
? Identifies opportunities for improvement and takes action to implement 举报 分享
