Key Responsibilities:
? type candidate CVs in standard format in accordance with corporate guidelines
? input and update candidate and client details to the company database
? prepare letters, faxes, job specifications, advertisements and proposals to specified layout
? upload and manage job postings on the internet
? answer a high volume of telephone calls and take accurate messages, speaking to both clients and candidates
? manage team diaries
? photocopy and filling
? ad-hoc administrative duties
Key Requirements:
? at least one to three years’ solid secretarial, administration and / or PA experience
? sound knowledge of PC applications (Internet, E-mail, MS Office)
? experience in managing MS Outlook calendar is desirable
? fluent in spoken and written English
? Cantonese and Mandarin would be advantageous
? Responsible and proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
? An independent personality who can work well alone and / or with colleagues in a multinational fast-paced environment
? Immediately available
