Main responsibilities:
? Be responsible for particular accounts for Cable System
? Implement sales plan to achieve sales targets according to established business plan
? Execute sales strategy for responsible customers
? Manage both internal and external relationships and resources to sell and secure new business
? Direct contact with customers and develop customer relationships
? Review customer summary and strategy periodically
? Collect and analyze market and competitor information
? Maintain a sufficient pipeline to ensure consistent sales performance
? Support in conducting price negotiation and contract & order review with customers
? Perform other tasks as assigned
Nationality: Chinese

Age: 30 years old or above

Educational qualification: University degree, preferably major in Marketing/Commercial/Electronic /Engineering or related

Working experiences ? Years’ sales working experiences in electronic industry in a similar role
? Familiar with related Cable Systems products and customers
? Familiar with sales channel and key account management
? Understanding of customer specific requirements (customer processes, timing, quality, specifications, payments, purchasing conditions)
? Good capacity of building and maintaining good relationship with key accounts and developing new clients
? Proficient PC skills (able to use MS word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook etc.)

Language: Good in English (both spoken and written)

Personality: ? Strong communication and negotiation skills
? Good interpersonal and presentation skills
? Good analytical and learning skills
? Self-motivated, able to work under pressure
? Customer- and market-oriented
? Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and reliable
