职位描述：
1、 深入理解智慧城市发展趋势，熟悉全球主流的智慧城市建设体系；熟悉智慧城市服务发展趋势及客户需求，打造成熟服务解决方案体系，引领行业服务发展方向；
2、 根据公司战略制定产品规划和产品架构，根据销售要求编写产品解决方案；
3、 监督跟进产品策划、设计、定义及产品的最终发布并验收；
4、 负责公司公安产品线的管理与产品生命周期的管理，产品销售分析，目标市场评估；
5、 负责制定产品规划，做出产品的全面设计，如功能，特性，使用流程，性能要求等；
6、 组织产品研发与商业运营模式的内外部调研分析，进行用户数据分析并找到对应提升方案，为决策提供核心依据；
7、 制定、开展和推动产品团队各项工作流程和业务标准的执行、质量的把控。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，信息系统、计算机、数学、心理学等相关专业优先。
2、有3~5年以上售前工作经验，参与过千万以上信息化项目的咨询工作，有独立完成大型项目的经验；
3、具备较强数据分析能力,善于挖掘数据中隐含的需求信息,有良好的逻辑思维能力、研判能力；
4、熟悉电子政务应用，熟悉云计算概念；了解虚拟化、分布式计算、网络安全、灾备等相关知识；
5、有较强的产品运营能力，市场需求分析能力；
6、具备较强的文案功底和总结能力；
7、独立工作能力较强，抗压能力强；
