工作职责：
? Direct Management of Quality Department UCC
? Implementation of Quality Management System based on available SCHULER / ANDRITZ Group Standards and requirement of ISO TS 16949
? Preparation of quality system documentation at site
? Set up quality reporting
? Recommend and implement quality improvements
? Evaluation and presentation of measuring results
? Monitoring all quality related activities on projects
? Coordinate internal and external actions to customer complaints
? Ensure the verification of documentation and certificates for purchased material
? Auditing of UCC processes and suppliers
? Preparation of first article inspection reports in accordance with PPAP, PPF and / or other specific customer requirements
? Trains the staff in quality methods and techniques

任职要求：
? Engineering degree
? Education in mechanical field or a similar education with an extra qualification in Quality Assurance or Quality Management
? 3+ year experience in Quality Department
? Leadership Experience
? Extensive expertise in technology
? Experience of measurement technology
? Good knowledge in MS-Office
? Good knowledge in English
? Entrepreneurial thinking and actions
? Ability of carefully work, problem solution
? Commitment and active initiative
