1.对店铺后台的数据分析及平时做好竞争对手数据的采集、评估与分析
2. 监视店铺每日数据，给予店铺预警提示；并针对运营每天的业务现状做出分析诊断（流量、转化等）
3. 通过对店铺业绩等数据的监控和分析，以及对市场和客户的充分理解和分析，向部门建议新的产品规则等
4.根据店铺数据分析，制定爆款计划每阶段指标及实施计划的跟进
