职位描述

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute Marketing & Sales plan for clients

- Customer Relationship Management with Clients, especially with key clients

- Collect Market intelligence and conduct market Study on a regular basis;

- Prepare Technical and commercial proposal in response to the call for Tenders

- Negotiate any prospective contract;

- Maintain Business Communication with Clients, BV network and colleagues in the field.

Requirements:

- Academic Excellence in Engineering, Bachelor degree or above

- Knowledge and Understanding of building Industry and project management in China and abroad;

- Familiar with the relevant standard/code will be an advantage;

- Pleasing personality with good Interpersonal and Business negotiation skills;

- PC skills with Power Point Presentation abilities;

- Experience in the field of Sales/Project management in building industry

- Good command of English;

- Self-Motivated and can work under pressure
