Job Description
1. Manage the project schedule and assure it’s under control.
2. Manage and solve critical quality problem of project and to lead a team to set up timely support.
3. Manage and coordinate the internal and external cooperation for the project.
4. Supervising the performance of the engineers, supervisors, operators in the team, make the reasonable assignment work plan and follow up.
5. Supply the root cause analysis and solution for the customers and make the implementation of corrective action.
6. Audit and evaluate supplier’s process and quality capability for new project.
7. Deal with the customer's complaint and reply with 8D report.
8. Evaluate and manage the net profit of the project, control the operation cost.
9. Should be able to communicate with customer for new business opportunities and should be able to work with B.D & sales team for new businee/project generation and management.
Skills and Requirements:
1. Having 8+ years of working experience in automotive industry and good knowledge on quality control with at least 3 years management experience.
2. Good written and oral English skill.
3. Lead a team of engineers, supervisors and inspectors. Should be able to do flexible manpower arrangement based on project situations.
4. Strong communication skill.
5. Familiar with quality problem solving tools, such as 8D, 5why etc.
6. Must well verse with MS-Office software.
7.Experience with 3rd Party quality company of automotive OEM supplier company would be proffered.
8. Should be ready to travel across india and also out of India for projects.
