Principal Accountabilities:
6-month contractor with Michelin
1. Manage all the details of the contract :
Contract development, signing and archive; Problem solving and insure the efficiency of the transaction process; Set up database for easy tracking
2. PO issue for Printer & stationery category
3. Report Analysis
Spending, saving, order cycle time analysis; Monthly meeting PPT update; Other reports according to needs
4. Data control
Hermes data checking, KPI monitoring(PTOP,POT,ROT…) and Other data collection
Key Qualities Required:
1. Familiar with buy transactional process,P2P process,ERP system
2. Multi-cultural Approach
3. Excellent in Microsoft office such as Excel and PPT
4. Good written and oral English
Qualifications:
1. Good communication skills with proven ability to deal with all levels of internal colleagues and suppliers
2. The ability to manage multiple tasks / projects and taking initiatives to work independently under diverse and fast-paced environment & tight deadlines
3. Fast leaner and cautious in daily work
4. Have the experience of service purchasing, contract management or related is preferred
5. Bachelor degree or above
