Job Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
To assist HR Director in Recruitment, Training & Development, HR Projects and the Retail HR Specialists.

Job Description

Recruitment
?Independently handle recruitment for professional and manager level positions, which includes but is not limited to requirement clarification with hiring managers, coordination with recruitment agencies, online and internal posting, CV screening and interviewing.
?Develop and recommend recruitment strategies to ensure the successful long term recruitment of key positions of business requirements.
?Identify potential candidates in social media networks for key and difficult recruitments
?Coach hiring managers and other interviewers on ‘best practice’ such as behavior-based interviewing
?Identifies core competencies to be evaluated during the interview process and provides structured interview guides
?Management of recruitment budget and resources, including contract management and annual performance review of the resources.
?Coach the HR Specialists on Recruitment
?Manage the New Comer Orientation Program in China

Training

?Collect training information and resources in the market. Develop training plan according the training needs of both from staff and management.
?Build up a training evaluation and follow up on training effectiveness
?Act as project leader on designing people development programs in China under Global guideline.
?Assist on establishing a system to file talent related information and track the process.



Organizational Development

?Assist on designing, directing, and managing a process of organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, key employee retention, organization design, and change management.
?Assist on a process of organizational planning that evaluates company structure, job design, and personnel forecasting throughout the company. Evaluates plans and changes to plans.
?Identifies and monitors the organizational culture so that it supports the attainment of the company’s goals and promotes employee satisfaction.
?Lead the Performance Management Process and keeps our performance management system up to date. Works out succession planning and high potentials.
?Create an environment where there is the opportunity to continue to grow and develop job and career enhancing skills.

Policies and Reporting:
?Responsible for all the policies and reporting related to the above activities.

People Management:
?Lead and manage the retail HR specialist and coach them on daily works.

Other tasks assigned by line manager

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above

Other Job Requirements
-At least 5+ years general HR experience in a similar role (experience in an international organization preferred).
-Broad knowledge and experience in recruitment, organization development and employee relations
-Above average oral and written communication skills.
-Excellent interpersonal skills.
-Self-starter, proactive, hands-on and results oriented.
-Knows basics of Change Management.
-Good command of English (verbal and written).
