Main responsibilities:
Lead and manage Service Department to fulfill company targets
Co-ordinate and supervise the installation, repairing, maintenance, adjustment and inspection of company.s equipments
Establish and implement an efficient procedures/methods to co-ordinate and optimize the service performance
Conduct service trainings for both customers and sales engineers
Set up and update customer database and information
Communicate with customer and other functional departments for problem shooting
Build and maintain good relationship with customers, ensure to meet the requirements of the customer
Other duties as assigned

About 35 years old
Educational qualification:
University/college degree, mechanical/mechanical engineering specialty, or related majors
Working experiences
3~5 years' relevant working experience in management position
Experience in international company is preferred
Strong in logic and judgment
Good in expression and have a strong execution ability
Language:
Good in English (both oral and written)
Personality:
Good communication skill
Good leadership skill
Customer service oriented
Strong sense of responsibility
Honest, friendly, be along well with people
Willing to travel frequently
