Main Responsibilities:

? Draft and review contracts and other legal documents, assist in contract standardization and negotiations
? Local legal support in general corporate matters, in M&A projects
? Handle various legal affairs relating to corporate and business
? Conduct legal research and analyze legal issues
? Assist in litigation matters
? Other daily legal work as assigned

Requirements:

? Bachelor degree from a well-known university with major in law (PRC Master of Law preferred)
? PRC bar examination passed
? At least 4-5 years of post-legal qualification work experience in the legal department of an international group or full service commercial law firm
? Related legal experience in international surrounding and with foreign-invested companies in China
? Solid knowledge of various legal aspects, such as contract law, corporate law
? Experience in litigation is a plus
? Good knowledge of international business
