Task:

Manage and develop the SQE Team with sufficient initiatives and necessary actions to ensure the suppliers meeting all our requirements and specifications during each project phase.

Key Responsibility:

· Adapt and implement the Global Supplier Management Strategy

· Define and regularly review Supplier Management Strategy

· Coordinate and report purchasing quality activities

· Continuously improve and develop the supply base to meet the BU Business Targets as well as corporate standards

· Problem-shooting on site for the critical projects

· Conduct or/and Support sourcing activities with necessary supplier process audit and development

· Work with commodity team to ensure that suppliers conform to group procedures

Mandatory Requirements:

· Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering Science

· Minimum 8 years experience in quality field in manufacturing industry, automotive industry preferred· Experience and knowledge in forging, casting, rubber metal and plastic molding technologies

· Certified auditor for quality system such as ISO9000 and ISO/TS 16949

· Well experienced in APQP, PPAP activities

· Task and result oriented working style with proactive approaches

· Team spirit, discipline and transparency in business behaviors both internally and externally, any violence of them can lead to an early termination of the contract

· Motivated, with a strong goal-getter attitude and acts a role model in leadership and consistency to motivate his team and related personal from other functional

· Good communication skill

· Fluent level of English and Mandarin (spoken and written), knowledge of German is an advantage

· Skillful with MS Office applications

· Willing for Frequent traveling
