职位描述
1. GENERAL SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing technical and operational support to the organizations in the areas of finance and accounting, ensuring that related Corporate standards/procedures and international/domestic accounting policies are followed.
Perform as a strategic member of the senior management team to realize organization goals.
Lead customer order, production planning and customs team to fulfill customer order and provide fast logistic service to the organization.
Make process improvement via DBS.
Accomplish tasks proactively through subordinate supervisors or experienced exempt level staff who exercise significant latitude and independence in their assignments.
2. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Provide timely and accurate financial report to management
b) Establish policy and procedure to ensure Corporate standards/procedure and external accounting policies to be complied.
c) Comply with local tax policy and ensure company to enjoy related favorable tax policy.
d) Plan, forecast and control budget, analyze trends and anticipate organization operating performance; make recommendations to management to solve unfavorable trends.
e) Coordinate material and production dept to ensure on time delivery, reduce past due backlog and order lead time
f) Ensure incoming material and outgoing finished goods go via customs smoothly, fast and legally.
g) Take care of computer infrastructure and telecommunication in safety, stable and no interruption.
3. REQUIREMENTS:
a) Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Finance.
b) 8+ years work experience in progressively responsible, professional Accounting or Financial assignments in a multi-national company; preferably experience in a fast paced, lean manufacturing environment.
c) Continuing education studies which may include an MBA, CPA, CMA or other relevant designations.
d) Supervisory skills to ensure strong staff development
e) Fluent language skills ( both written and verbal ) in English and Mandarin
f) Proficient in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel
g) Customer order, production planning and logistic experience is plus
4. MEASUREMENT:
a) Provide financial package within deadline with favorable and unfavorable analysis
b) Make forecast monthly and avoid surprise financial result
c) Realize organization yearly budget
d) On time delivery
e) Minimum past due backlog
f) Aggressive order lead time
g) Smooth and fast logistic service
h) No interruption of computer and network infrastructure
