Job Description:
? Focus on developing and maintaining the business relation with key developer groups
? Collect market intelligence, and give feedback to sales and technical sides in time
? Produce and maintain necessary material (advertising, application cases, and management, etc.)
? Plan and conduct customer focused seminars
? Keep close liaison with key developer groups and develop new clients
? Develop and maintain competitor files and market reports; analyze the main competitors regularly to find out its product supplying channels and its market strategy
? Corporate with functional team to achieve sales target for the company
? Report to Key Account Manager China
? Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification:
? Experience in sales management
? Capacity of building and maintaining good relationship with key accounts and developing new clients
? Good network with hotels, real estate developers and design institutes, etc.
? Demonstrated ability of communication and presentation
? Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
? Able to work under high pressure
? Target and sales-oriented
? Strong sense of responsibility
? Highly initiative, active and flexible
