Main Responsibilities:
HR Head China & Region - HR Business Partner of local Key Management Team Members
Implementation of a professional HR China organisation and implementation of respective processes
Management of all HR China activities
Systematic and professional trade-off with VP HR in HQ
Stimulus of China and regional HR requirements to VP HR in HQ and China HR Center of Competence
Support of global HR-Policies and guidelines
Management of people development together with global and local Key Management Team Members in Greater China

Requirements:
5~10 years' experience as HR Head in Greater China
Experience in international company groups
Experience with complex HR projects, e.g. ramp-up of organizations, restructuring processes, ...
Excellent regional HR-Network
Senior personality
Very good / fluent English skills
Good organizational and communication skills
Able to work under high pressure
Loyal, strong sense of responsibility
Good team player
