工作职责：

l 协助董事长，负责公司日常运营管理，制定、实施总体运营计划，实现公司生产目标

l 管理和协调生产、质量、技术、采购、物流、财务、行政、人事等部门工作顺利开展

l 负责精益生产管理、生产质量控制，确保产品满足客户要求

l 负责公司盈利亏损，有效控制运营成本，确保公司盈利稳定增长

l 负责公司人员日常管理、团队建设，完善公司各部门组织架构、运营体系与制度

l 向董事长汇报工作，并完成公司董事长授权处理的其他事务

主要要求：

l 本科及以上学历

l 丰富的机加工行业运营管理工作经验，善于精益生产管理

l 具有焊接、冲压工艺或相关机械行业知识

l 较强的团队综合管理能力，擅于协调各部门间的工作

l 领导力、亲和力强

l 优秀的交流沟通能力，较强的解决问题的能力

l 敬业、成熟、富有责任心，能在压力下工作
