Bachelor degree or above in medicine, majoring in Gynaecology and Obstetrics is preferable

Oversea working or study experience

Who has training experiences of strategic management, organization evolution management, human resources management, project management, marketing , financial management etc

◆Working experience

Over 5 years’ specialty management experience in domestic hospitals of level. 3

◆Skills

Familiar with medicial quality management as well as relative laws and regulations; excellent problem-solving ability ,especially dealing with emergency issues.

Be advance in management awareness and decision-making ability ,excellent in organization skills as well as executive ability,

Good handling ability with hospital investment planning project

International awareness

Proficient in English

◆Main obligation

In charge of all-set project issues during project-planning period.

In charge of all-set operation management afterwards.

Introduce, study, promote and apply advanced medical treatment experience and technology, making efforts to enhance self-medical ability.

Layout and implement hospital strategically schemes for developing investment based on current market situation

Establish standard and efficient operate-management system and then modify it.

Make hospital operation index、annual developing plan to promote and assure the success of expecting sale target.

Make hospital managing standards and easy inspection
