RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Implement and maintain People Development processes and instruments coming from headquarter for the region
?Organize regional leadership development programs being part of the global leadership development program portfolio
?Organize regional leadership and non-management programs
?Build up structure for Talent Management in China
?Support and consult the individual sites with regard to training & development and Organizational Development (regional sourcing, train-the-trainer, facilitate networking and sharing, ..)
?Support group wide projects (e.g Employee Opinion Survey) and implementation in the region China
?Build up network of professional trainers for the company in China
?Initiate vocational training in China with the support from headquarters
?Being an active member in the international HR Development community
?Being an active Team member of the Regional Center HR and support general HR projects e.g. in Employer Branding, Recruiting, HR Controlling, Policies and guidelines
?Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:
?Bachelor’s degree or above
?Minimum 4 years of Training and Development related experience
?Experience in designing and facilitating trainings
?Excellent Chinese and English writing skills and presentation skills
?Strong interpersonal communicating skills
?Strong vendor management abilities
?Open-minded with team spirit
?Experience in HR general functions is a plus
