Tasks

· Market Analyses and Market Research e.g.:

o Continuous competitor analysis

o Identification of market chances and risks

o Maintenance und Expansion of the Market Research Portal of the Business Group

o Evaluation of future business opportunities for the Business Group

· Analysis and evaluation of make or buy decisions

· Portfolio Analyses and Evaluation

· Organization and compilation of reports, statistics, tables, data bases

·
Building up an intensive network on higher level with key
customers, associations as wells as with Universities in China

· Participation at Exhibitions and Congresses

· Support of special projects on Business Group level

· Identification of potential M&A accounts on Business Group level

Requirement Profile

· University degree (master), technical education and additional commercial education desired

·
Background and Experience in market analyses as well as Mergers
& Acquisitions , minimum 7 years professional experiences

· Fluent spoken and written Chinese & English

· Experience of working in international environment

· Existing contacts with customers on management level in the Electronics or Automotive Industry desired

· Very good knowledge of established Office- Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

· Knowledge in SAP could be helpful

· Organization skills

· Independent and reliable mode of work

· Accurate handling of numbers

· Social competence, ability to work in a team, service oriented, communication skills

· Ability to motivate other people
