RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Enhance Group's employer branding image through integrated and creative HR marketing programs both internally and externally
· Develop the campus activities for Group in China, e.g. campus recruiting, internship programs, scholarship program, etc.
· Oversee Group International Graduate Trainee program in China, and develop regional trainee programs.
·
Work closely with Communications Department and service providers to
maintain Group China career webpage and recruiting homepage on external
websites.
· Implement internal employer branding engagement activities such as employee opinion survey.
· Initiate Group vocational training in China with the support from headquarters.
· Support the roll out of global employer branding programs in China and work on regional projects as required.
· Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor's degree or above in management/communications/marketing related majors
· Minimum 4 years of HR Marketing/Employer Branding related experience
· Experience in recruiting function
· Excellent Chinese and English writing skills and presentation skills
· Strong interpersonal communicating skills
· Strong vendor management abilities
· Open-minded with team spirit
· Experience in HR general functions is a plus
