Job title / position: Managing Director China (based in Shanghai)

Responsibilities:

? Set up the organization framework of consulting business in China
? Formulate and implement thorough strategy and growth plan according to development policy of the corporation
? Conduct business development, maintain current client pool and build new client networking for project acquisition
? Contribute to marketing and brand establishment
? Make effort on project management and coordination
? Provide clear leadership to the consulting team with regard to direction and guidance on how to achieve the business targets
? Coach and supervise consultants for career development
? Responsible for P/L and office administration
? Coordinate with German headquarters for China market development

Educational qualification: Solid education background

Language: Fluent in English

Professional Experience:

? Many years working experience in consulting branch
? Rich experience in project management and people management
? Proven track records of business development and acquisition
? Able to build and maintain good relationship with customers
? Good understanding of P/L management and office administration

Personality:
