职位描述
Main responsibilities:
? Take overall responsibility of the national sales management, including project sales, channel sales, DIY sales, etc. and business development for the company in China
? Drive strong sales and market share growth
? Expand Distribution-, Dealer- and POS network at fast speed
? Maximize Exploitation in Retail- and Project Channels
? Explore new sales channels
? Develop and implement sales strategies
? Develop and drive Leadership Model in Sales
? Maintain strong relationship to all Top and Key-Clients in B2B; improve Brand image of the company within China
? Manage Sub Tasks:
- Key-Competitor Monitoring
- Manage Customer Contracts
- Performance Management
? Be responsible for:
- "No.1 Sales Officer" in the company - lead by example
- Sales Budget, Sales Business Plan and Sales Road Map
- Lead National Sales Team
- 4 Regional Offices
? Identify potential markets and opportunities; collect and analyze the Chinese market information and competitors for new business acquisition
? Lead and develop a professional project management and dealer management
? Keep close liaison with hotels, real estate developers, architects, interior designers, etc.
? Report to General Manager
Educational qualification: Excellent Degree, International University (preferred)
Working experiences:
? Working in the second or first tier Regional or National Management in international or Chinese company that manufactures and sells premium branded goods consumers (B2C) and professional clients (B2B)
? Expert in Sales Strategy and Management and Talent Development
? Background in related fields of building supplies or home improvement could be an advantage but is not a must
? Proven success record in:
- At least 5 years in field sales
- At least 5 years in sales management
- Sustainable Sales Growth Rate > 50%
- Setting up Distribution-, Dealer- and POS-Networks
- Building sales and service organizations
- Strong focus on fast expansion of business
- Developed unique business models to win markets
? Excellent corporate governance and compliance knowledge
? Excellent leadership skills, business acumen and political wisdom
? Strong business development competence
? Good network with hotels, real estate developers and design institutes, etc.
? Strong ability of leading and driving sales teams to fulfill sales targets
Language: Good in English (both written & spoken)
