Job Description:

? Be responsible for all B2B sales of Tableware in Asia (institutions such as Hotels, Restaurants, Canteens, Caterers and any other public or non-public commercial institutions)
? Support, train and trigger the actual H&R partners/dealers in the Region and - if needed - identify additional H&R partners, in order to reach a maximum coverage within the region for company in the B2B channel
? Functional lead own staff in China, India and Japan; in charge of further acquisition and integration of new sales members in the region
? Liaise closely with the regional H&R chains as well as with the regional Asian headquarters of international chains in order to generate new business leads
? Work closely with relevant purchasing companies as well as owning companies
? Together with the local teams and H&R partners, follow up locally on the leads acquired through own acquisition, international H&R agreements and CRM system in order to convert them into sales
? Assure a maximum level in pre-/after sales services in order to deepen the relationship on a local level

About/above 30 years old


Educational Qualification:

University degree or above


Language:

Good in English (both written and spoken), Chinese/German language would be a plus


Professional Experience:

? Working and/ or living experience in Asia
? At least 3 years' experience in Hospitality field
? Working experience in competitions or alternatively experience with complimentary suppliers such as flatware, cutlery, glass, cooking equipment preferred
? Alternatively, education in the hospitality industry and working experience with an international hotel chain (F&B, purchasing, chef)
? Deeply familiar with the hospitality industry and channel sales instruments and insights
? Able to carry out business plans (sales plans) for steering purposes (e.g. market/competitor analysis, SWOT analysis)
? Experience of working to deadlines and meeting them
? A sound working knowledge of Microsoft office products
? Willingness to work for an international company with its international interfaces
? Eye for the beauty of premium products/labels
