Job title / position: National Sales Director

Main responsibilities:

Take overall responsibility of the national sales management, including national and international key account management, regional sales, channel sales, OEM, etc.

Formulate, develop and implement sales & marketing strategies

Identify potential markets and opportunities; collect and analyze the Chinese market information and competitors for new business development and acquisition

Lead and develop a professional dealer management

Keep close liaison with Key Account customers, OEM customers, distributors, etc. and develop new customers

Lead and monitor sales team to achieve company's sales targets

Perform other duties as assigned

Nationality: Chinese

Age: About 35 years old

Educational qualification: University degree or above

Working experiences

Rich working experience in sales management in international company

Experience in related fields, such as water treatment, food and beverage, petrochemical industries, etc.

Engineering background preferred

Strong business development competence

Strong ability of leading and driving sales teams to fulfill sales targets

Language:

Good in English (both written & spoken)
