职位描述：
Job Title: Store Manager-ARC'TERYX
 
Main Responsiblity:
- Manage and oversee the daily retail operations and ensure operations are aligned with brand standards
- You will represent the brand and ensure that the brands image is reflected according to expectations
- Collaborating with your team, you will lead associates to ensure service quality, brand standards and targets are fulfilled or exceeded through leadership and guidance
- Overseeing daily in-store operations and striving to exceed sales targets
- Providing associates with sales training and coaching
- Handling customer feedback and sales reporting
- In store inventory management and ensure the stock safety
- Work with HQ to facilitate after sales issue.

Needed competencies:
 
- Proven track record of meeting or exceed sales targets is an asset
- Success with the ability to manage both associates and customers
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leader with ambitious and driven attitude
- Conversational Mandarin

Education:
 
College degree or above

Needed working experience:
 
- Must have 5 to 7 years of experiences in retail; preferences given to those with management experience in high end brand
