Job Summary:
Mechanical Design for Residential Products—Indoor units & Duct/Ductless air conditioner
Responsibilities:
1. Structure design of residential products, mainly on Indoor units and none-VRFor VRF Duct/Ductless air conditioner. Could deploy new product structure design independently.
2.Responsible for new product development and on hand products drawings & BOMs & IOM management & design improvement & certification.
3. Responsible for components mechanical design and selection and prototype building and verification.
4. Follow product related standards to deploy regular testing after coaching
5. Follow IR product design process to lead new project design or design change. Continus quality improvement & VAVE.
6. Well support sales & marketing team as well as customers to deliver excellent service.
7. Support operation team to solve production problems.
Qualifications:
1． Bachlor degree of Mechanical Technology related.
2． Over 5 years working experiences on air conditioner product structure design. Rich experiences on Indoor units design is preferred
3． Familiar with mechanical design standards and rules.
4． Familiar with air conditioner products related GB standards.
5． Having great senses on comfortable residential product design.
6． Good skills in drawing software like CAD, Pro-E. Familiar with Windchill system the better.
7． Strong communication & presentation & team working skills.
8． Good English skill in writing\ speaking\listening.
9． Project management experiences will be preferred.
