Responsibilities:
? The Group Controller is a competent business partner, the regional controller and the regional management. They work closely with the regional controller and the management teams together and have their external advisor and consultant.
? In addition to regular and timely definition of indicators and their aggregation into an overall report to work situational and problem-oriented. You have an eye on the budgeting, track their Compliance and summarize the key figures given to show consistent results.
? They work together with the local partners and in consultation with the management forecasts to demonstrate a forward-looking approach and to react to any short-term variations. In case of deviations you analyze their origin and causes and are actively working with the affected persons, to correct them and, where appropriate, in exclude future.
? They act in the investment planning, evaluate investment projects and support the implementation to completion and commissioning.
? They assess and analyze the budgeting for compliance, document possible deviations and coordinate them with management.
? They develop different methods of analysis in order to make continuously to contemporary and selective reporting statements.
? You assume responsibility for the project and perform internationally this timely completion.
? They conceptualize as a team controlling processes, convey their content locally and thus provide a uniform controlling philosophy safely.
? They work closely with the Head of Controlling, agree deviations from this, and then subsequently to define in conjunction with the management how to proceed.

Requirements:
? At least 3 of work experience as Controller in steel – or metal industry
? Strong experience in cost controlling an industrial environment, ideally in production controlling
? They bring experience from the industry, mainly from the metalworking industry, where appropriate, from the plastic or glass industry. Your technical knowledge is deep, situational and broadly based. They know how to explain production processes and to describe
? They bring experience and knowledge in dealing with and use SAP modules FICO
? They are experienced in international and project implementation
? You know and understand how to communicate in English in speech and writing. Ideally, you have knowledge with in an additional language
? They are flexible and communicative team players; they work autonomously and creatively, take responsibility
