职位描述：

Assist filling supervisor monitor daily filling operation to deliver department KPI target;

Ensure filling operation compliance with BP safety quality service and cost priority and lead team develop continuous improvement project during daily operation

Support the team to launch the new product, deliver minimum Quality Standard & QA manual requirement to ensure working instruction implementation.

？ Ensure daily filling operation compliance with BP Group's HSSE policy & regulations and local HSSE objectives to implement OMS requirement.
？ Ensure filling site operation compliance with GSC/plant SOP/WI; assist filling supervisor monitor all filling line site operation and analyse & improve equipment OEE to deliver high quality product with high efficiency.
？ Be in charge of empty package and labelling operation arrangement to ensure FG package with high quality
？ Ensure filling adherence fully delivered with well coordination with supply planner and production scheduler.
？ Assist filling supervisor complete new package launch as necessary to make the procedures ready in time of plant commissioning / start-up.
？ Assist filling supervisor to control filling expense each month to meet budget plan.
？ Assist filling supervisor complete 3rd party service team performance review monthly
？ Arrange routine training for technician according to department talent schedule.
？ Ensure 5S implementation in filling area

College degree in engineering or related disciplines, chemical preferred

Mandatory:
？ -College degree in engineering or related disciplines, chemical preferred
？ -More than 3 years with plant experience.
？ -Good communication skill
？ -Be active with learning
？ -Middle English in reading/writing.
？ -Be familiar with MS word, excel and PPT
