Responsibilities:
1. Lead refrigeration system design of residential products, e.g. EVI or none EVI air/water cooled scroll chillers, WSHP, none-VRFor VRF Duct/Ductless air conditioner. Draw system working control logic independently.
2. Responsible for heat exchanger and system key components design and selection. Lead system/structure/control design engineers to design new products. Control product costs and project deliverable time.
3. Responsible for product system performance/reliability testing, risk & failure modes analysis & verification.
4. Prepare new product performance data/curve for catalogue, sales brochure. Draw product installation &operation user manual.
5. Follow IR product design process to lead new project design or design change. Continus quality improvement & VAVE.
6. Well support sales & marketing team as well as customers to deliver excellent service.
7. Support operation team to solve production problems.
Qualifications:
1． Bachlor degree or above of Cryogenics and Refrigeration.
2． Over 5 years working experiences in residential air cooled chiller, none-VRFor VRF Duct/Ductless air conditioner product design, familiar with VSD/DC Inverter compressor system design is preferred.
3． Should have over 3 years new product development project management experiences
4． Familiar with product control logic, with experiences on low ambient products (e.g. EVI application) design is preferred.
5． Should be familiar with related products GB standards.
6． Having great senses on comfortable residential product design.
7． Good skills in drawing software like CAD and Pro-E is preferred.
8． Strong communication & presentation & team working skills.
9． Good English skill in writing\ speaking\listening.
