Job Description:
1、Supply process
•To be responsible for sourcing and ordering of equipment, instruments, services, spare parts and operating supplies from both local and overseas suppliers for Unilever factories.
•Purchasing IP Materials and Services strictly according to the Brief and satisfy all Internal Security, Quality and Legal requirements
•Plan and maintain vendor master data in line with company workflow procedure.
•Monitor and track the performance of the suppliers e.g. on-time delivery of the requirements, in the right quality and quantity, to deliver the best value to the business and customer’s needs.
2、Sourcing strategy
•Constantly looking for new sourcing opportunity – Develop supplier base & evaluate vendor on annual basis
•To be the trainer for the customers and suppliers to comply with the company policies and procurement procedures.
•Create and track Project procurement Plans
3、Contracting：Negotiations on contract & operating issues with suppliers
4、Order placement and execution：Participate at project meetings together with function-requestor
5、Communication with both internal(Departments in GC)and external( Suppliers/Agencies, 3rd parties, Jacobs, local authorities etc.)

Job Requirements:
-University degree level (Technical/Economic background)
-Min 5 year experience in Buying is a must
-Advanced computer skills
-Fluent English
-Drive and practical creativity
-Purchasing, negotiation and planning skills (e.g. inquiry/negotiation/e-commerce, PO issuing, commercial agreements/contracts, work planning etc.)
-Responsible / having ownership of the assigned tasks
-Creative problem-solving and flexibility of thinking
-Analytical skills
-Focus on time constrains
-Good communication and interpersonal skills ;
