职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 技术指导：对现场出现的复杂机械类故障提供最终解决方案；
定期组织维修人员的机械类的技术培训。"
2. 备件管理：组织相关人员制定设备的机械类备件政策，并完成提采及备件验收。
3. 文档工作: 审核并编译维修报告，上传SAP系统；
根据现场维修工作的需要，收集（面向德国总部）整理相关资料、文件；
制定设备的预防维修检查表；
编制复杂维修作业的作业指导书。 "
4. 项目管理：与国内外工程师协作或独立完成设备改造项目 。
5. 计划制定：对所负责区域的设备进行问题汇总、分析，拟定工作计划并监督实施。
6. 其他：完成上级交办的与业务相关的工作
任职资格：
1. Education level 受教育水平: 大学本科以上，机械类专业
2. Experience 经验: 五年以上设备维修经验，两年以上的TPM执行经历，了解精益生产的理念并有参与经历
3. Language 语言水平; 能使用英语交流工作。
4. Computer 计算机水平: 熟练使用办公软件和机械设计类软件，了解SAP PM和MM 模块
5. Organization and business knowledge 对公司及业务领域的了解:
熟练使用故障根本原因分析工具。5why,fishbone,payner chart,失效模式分析等。"
