Description
:
Direct and coordinate the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.
Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency and materials supply.
Plan and administer procedures and budgets.
Make budgetary recommendations regarding and, at higher levels, control capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor.
Select and develop personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function.
Develop schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.
Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Organize and manage daily activity of product line.
Control product quality and improve productivity.
Shorten operation cycle time and reduce cost.
Supervise safety in manufacturing and be responsible for employee training.
Lead projects & achieve goals.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor degree in Engineering , Automation, Mechnical or other related discipline
Knowledge of product yield & product line management and organization, engineering, Quality.
Good command of communication and coordination of work.
Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure and willingness to work various shifts
Possess good leadership skills.
