职位描述：
Primary Function Lead and deliver major capital projects for the Dezhou business. Make pre-maintain plan and take pre-maintenance to equipment; prepare spare parts and rush to repair so as to confirm equipment run safely and smoothly.
Reports To: Manufacturing Manager, Dezhou plant
Key Deliverables Critical Deliverables
Business
? Strategic Planning: capital projects aligned behind the business strategy. Resources and capabilities in place to deliver according to agreed strategic milestone
? Project Management: excellence in all areas of project management from budgeting, planning, utilization of leading project management tools, implementation of globally best known engineering designs and solutions, timely execution, resource management, and communication.
? Project Delivery: projects executed according to agreed plans and to Ingredion standards.
? Resource & Budget Management: responsible for CAPEX Goal and engineering resources; and subsequently delivering according to Goal to meet the business plan
? Maintenance Management: Establish improve equipment PM plan, monitor its implementation; carry out and implement 5S and SHE standards; apply to buy equipment spare parts, well control budget practice, optimize spare parts storage; patrol-check equipment, backup principal equipment procedure; quick response to emergency repair, develop and maintain technical record of equipment maintenance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements: ？
Qualifications – degree in chemical, mechanical, electrical or control engineering
Experience - minimum of 10 years in engineering, maintenance and project management within a multinational company. Experience in a similar industry is preferred
? Language - fluent in both English and Mandarin
? Networking & influencing – comfortable and effective at communicating with multiple stakeholders at different levels to get “buy-in”
