Responsibilities

- Building detailed financial models for companies under coverage
- Performing financial analyses including financial statement analysisand valuation usingvarious techniques including DCF, SOTP, residual value and multiples approach
- Supporting the equity research arm of a client to develop insightful understanding of investment target and its industry, including critical industry analyses, competitive benchmarking, opportunity assessments, and risk identification through in-depth primary and secondary research
- Creating equity research notes and presentations that include analysis of economic andbusiness cycles, industry value chain, market size, market segments, market shares,market drivers, market trends, products and services
- Meeting with the management of companies under coverage, attending quarterly resultsconference calls, issuing quarterly result update reports, tracking company and sectordevelopments and initiating coverage on uncovered stocks
- Discussing results and analysis with the client as well as answering any queries they might have

Qualifications

- Willing to work in Beijing
- Native Chinese with strong command over English
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Equity research including financial modeling and valuation
- Strong financial analytical and modeling skills
- Solidreport writing and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under time-sensitive environment
- Be able to take responsibility
- Experienced in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Excellent academic track record
