T&E Specialist, AP – 费用报销会计

The position would directly
report to Accounting Payable Manager. Working location
is 银都路4555号. And we
provide shuttle bus in Shanghai. Below

Job
Purpose:

Deal with T&E
related process including process report, month end closing and some reporting.

Key performance area:

·
Processes
reimbursement of Travel and Entertainment business expenses.

·
Monitors
transactions for policy compliance.

·
Keep
documentation of policies and procedures updated of the assigned areas

·
Handling some
reporting and related issue

·
Communicate
with internal customers or/and employee for issue resolution and/or escalate to
supervisor if cannot be solved in time.

·
Perform
Month end closing and accrual for T&E.

·
Maintain
bank registration and bank relationship.

·
Bank
registration or update.

·
Annual
loan-card audit and update.

·
Bank
authorization signatures update coordination.

Your profile:

·
College
above Degree in Accounting or related fields.

·
1 year
experience of working in MNCs or shared services is a plus.

·
Workable
English in oral and writing.

·
Detailed – oriented and careful.

·
Good
communication skill and team spirit.

·
Has
substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to
complete a wide range of tasks.

As a person you are proactive, self-motivated and one
with lot of initiative, courage and integrity and a business minded, result
oriented attitude. You also have strong communication skills and can work in an
English environment.
