Purpose & general responsibilities of the position:
MCC emerges as a dedicated organization taking care of APMM’s Intra-Asia business. The customer service of MCC Transport in NORTH CHINA will contribute to sell MCC IAS services and deliver targets including below.
? Increase customer satisfaction
? Closely monitor customer feedback to MCC service level.
? Ensure that cargo opportunities are pursued with second to none service provided.
? Timely dig out customer requirements as well as business opportunities.
? Closely follow up with customer need and certain service related cases, minimize service failure with timely problem solving.
? Play an active role to ensure maximization of commercial/organizational synergies with the Maersk Line organization
? Fully hands on customer service related system developments.
Specific responsibilities of the position:
? Ensure that all activities which fall under NORTH CHINA MCCCUS related to responsible customers are carried out satisfactorily.
? Ensure product changes as well as equipment availability are timely communicated to customers.
? Assist customer with shipment related problems for smooth cargo release.
? Ensure co-ordination with sales on case studies to work out best and tailor maker service to certain customers.
? Clearly communicate with customers on each single requirement, build up communication channel between customer service and customers for all service related issues, make sure “go to person” is reachable by customer whenever.
? Sell product under tariff or tier 1 to capture each business opportunity over phone call, recommend sales for visit or joint visit base on customer business truth.
? All E-commerce related stuffs.
? Closely follow up on freight collection and ensure no outstanding within credit days.
? Closely follow up with longstandings.
? Work carefully and cautiously to avoid potential risk and claims.
? Actively seek solution to mitigate cost and comfort customer when there is claim or service failure.
? Exercise due diligence in all matters.

? MCC Customer Service Index scoreboard
? Assigned KPIs in Objective
