We are seeking a Sales Project Manager for Maersk Line GCC.

The Sales Project Manager acts as an enabler for Maersk Line GCC to continuously optimize the business system for the benefits of customers, shareholders and employees. Key Responsibility
? Act as the cluster ambassador and change agent for global/cluster cross-functional project, ensuring identified values are delivered
? Ensure assigned projects meet key deliverables within project scope, timing, budget and success criteria are met
? Perform stakeholder management including internal cross-functional team, external vendors/partners, and region/global program management teams;
? Drive resolution of any project issues (e.g. potential delays) & risks and engage region/global program management teams or Project Sponsors to drive resolution as needed.
? Provide project status updates to project Sponsors and key Stakeholders;
? Provide end of year performance feedback on team members as requested;
? Track and report status, change readiness measures and benefit realization.

We are Looking for
Essential:
? Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business;
? Good understanding on MAERSK Improvement Model or Six Sigma DMAIC Model;
? Solid project management skills;
? A minimum of 5 years' working experience and 2 years' proven track record of a similar job in multinational enterprises;
? Proactive, creative, Logical and systemic thinking;
? Structured, detail-oriented, sensitive to wastes and variances and willing to challenge status quo
? Outgoing and good communicator
? Strong presentation and coaching skills along with excellent verbal and written
? communication skills in both Chinese & English;
? Strong ability to influence others without formal Authority
? Humble, willing to hear the voice of customers and voice of processes.
Preferred:
? Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or training from a similar program;
? Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent;
? Basic understanding and experience in shipping industry. 举报 分享
