Principle Accountabilities
Owner of key accounts, in terms of not only sales delivery, but also driving and coordinating other functions, stakeholders to understand business requirement and make sure the deliverables happened.
Strong awareness and implementation of team objective and KPI.
Maintain existing business and develop new potential customer and business. Closely communicating with customers to ensure that gets the earliest and most accurate information, building and improving relationship with customers to enhance image.
Dealing with customer requirement by effectively use of both internal and external resource, and managing customer perception. Make sure both customer satisfaction and value.
Preparing for and leading strategy collaboration activities with key customer.
Preparing for and leading bidding process, project management kicking off
Preparing for and leading contract process
Good forecast and order management
Ensure on time payment from customers.
Keep sustainable NR level
Hold seminar and event to maintain and improve the relationship with Customers.
Regular report back with market and competitor analysis, suggestion on commercial/technical actions for related business area and customers.
Regular report to line manager, good filing,
Good internal communication
Be knowledgeable of product application and be able to deliver on-site services to customers in time. Keep learning new commercial and technical knowledge.
Fully compliance with company’s EHS policy.
Education Training and Work Qualifications
? At least bachelor degree in related field.
Knowledge
? Good command of English
? Familiar with business practice in commercial vehicle industry
? Experience of dealing with international OEMs, Germany is preferred.
? Technical sales background
? Understands Chinese market and Chinese/JV OEMs
? Commercial financial knowledge
? Cross culture knowledge
Skills and Abilities
? Demonstrated ability to analyse and solve the problem independently, very good presentation and communication capability.
? Proactive attitude, Hard work, honest, responsible
? Good negotiation skill
? Good team player
? Business acumen
? Good communication skills both in English and Chinese.
