Department Description:
HR Operational Excellence
Tasks Description
1. Design and develop performance driven solutions
- Lead teams to identify performance improvement opportunities by
applying Lean Six Sigma methodology
- Lead and develop Employees in the team and beyond by coaching the
OpEx methodology
- Develop process driven solutions to support teams in achieving
defined performance objectives
- Design measurements system to ensure performance objectives can be
monitored and sustained
2. Provide change management strategy and plan
- Develop change management strategy with teams in HR Operations
- Provide roadmap to achieve performance objectives defined
- Design training program utilizing six-sigma methodology (e.g.
Greenbelts) to raise process-driven mindset in teams in order to ensure
sustainability of defined performance objectives
3. Ensure performance improvement activities are aligned with global
policies and principles and that related frameworks and tools are
consistently applied in HR Operations China
- Be the China contact to global teams in keeping up with global
policies and principles which support the performance improvement of HR
Operations China
4. Provide continuous improvement plan and strategy for HR processes
- Align with China management teams on continuous improvement needs
- Prioritize performance improvement-related initiatives with HR
Services management team
- Provide a plan and identify solutions with HR functions on
performance-related audit findings
5. Establishing and executing a strategic Project & Service Portfolio
Management for HR Operations China with the intend to extend to the
whole HR function
6. Responsibility for the consistency, quality and integrity of the
functional/design part of the HR processes for China
7. Process optimization along the entire HR value chain regarding
harmonization, standardization, effectiveness and efficiency
8. Designing customer orientated HR processes in alignment with our
target operating model, the HR organizational structure and HR Service
Model
Requirements Description
- MBA/Business degree or equivalent education with at least 10 years of
working experience
- Proven track record in process consulting and operational excellence
- Knowledge of HR frameworks and processes
- Proficient knowledge regarding SAP HCM is expected
- Very good presentation and communication skills
- Strong customer-orientation
- High degree of knowledge and several years of experience in Business
Process Management, Business Process Design and respective solutions
(Visio, igrafx, BPMN 2.0)
- Mobility (at least on business travel basis)
- High conceptual and analytical skills
- Fluent in English, spoken and written; further language skills
are appreciated
