职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Project Execution :
? Coordinate on overall project execution including tank farm expansion and other assigned small projects.
? Ensure the project execution fully comply with Chevron OE (Operational Excellence) guidance and local regulations.
? Provide training and day to day coaching and supervision to 3rd party contractors and subcontractors.
? Identify risks and opportunity for improvement throughout the project execution.
? Review and issue high risk tasks on daily basis and ensure an incident free construction in the plant.
? Lead investigation of any LI/NLI (Loss incident/ Near loss incident) occurred and report out to management, and ensure the solutions’ implementation.
? Keep close track of progress of the project, provides regular update on schedule; construction quality, cost.

2. Project Coordination :
? Coordinate and communication with internal and external stakeholders such as plant operations team and suppliers on facility modification and switch over.
? Ensure the simultaneous operations are well planned, communicated and executed at site.
? Coordinate with local government and external interested parties to apply required applications, permits, assessment and other related reports.
? Support Project manager to handle any interactions with government authorities related to the project.
? Conduct regular review Meeting with project Management Company and contractors together with project manager and do follow up actions timely.

3. Other:
? Support in the setup of preventive maintenance (PM) system and its implementation for Tianjin plant
? Conduct equipment breakdown repair, trouble shooting, equipment modification and OEE improvement.
? Actively participate in the setup and implementation of OE processes including CHESM, CMMS and SWP etc, and providing engineering support/advices to other processes as required.
? Ensure all maintenance works are conduct safely and in compliance with applicable OE processes

- 评审和签发高风险的工作任务，确保无事故工程建设活动
- 进行相关损失事故和未遂事故的调查，报告公司管理层并确保纠正措施的实施
- 密切监督工程进程，定期更新关于工程进度，质量和费用报告

2. 项目协调
- 和内部及外部相关部门，例如生产部门或者供应商等保持进行沟通
- 确保做好同时作业的计划，沟通和执行
- 和政府部门或者外部相关方针对项目审批，许可和评估等事项进行沟通协调
- 辅助项目经理处理政府部门的审批
- 和项目管理公司（如果有）及承包商定期召开评审会，并且跟踪计划事项

3.其他
- 支持建立预防性维修系统
- 进行设备维修，故障检查，设备改造及设备利用率的改进工作
- 参与建立和实施承包商安全管理，维修系统管理和安全工作实践流程，为其他流程提供工程支持和建议
- 确保所有的维修作业符合流程，安全实施

Job Requirements:
· Bechelor or above degree in Chemical or Engineering.
· At least 3 years’ of project experience and 2 years' of equipment repair and PM system
· Excellent in organisational skills
· Excellent Communication skills
· Excellent in work planning and reporting
· A comprehensive knowledge of relevant engineering and HES legal regulations
· Good team player
· Good at written and oral communication in English
· 化工或工程学士及以上学位
· 3年以上项目经验并且2年以上设备维修和预防性维护的经验
· 优秀的组织能力
· 优秀的沟通能力
· 优秀的计划和编制报告的能力
· 丰富的工程及HES相关法规要求知识
· 有团队合作精神
