职位描述：
Roles and Responsibilities:
·Deliver effective training for regional Agency and other partners to 　uplift sales capability & productivity.
·Provide professional support to joint field work with sales person.
·Coordinate with CHO training and expert team to create high-quality training materials to drive regional business growth.
·Support as a main speaker in different kinds of customer seminars and related activities.
·Implement CHO & local initiatives/events to drive production.

Minimum Job Requirements:
·Proven track records with a minimum of 5 years in legal/training/sales functions in financial industry.
·Solid understanding of legal concepts in wealth management areas. Experience of working in law firm is preferred.
·Strong experience in training needs analysis, program design and delivery, training and presentation skills.
·Ability to work independently, self-motivated, prioritize effectively, and multitask.
·Bachelor degree in legal, and/or with advanced training accreditations
