· Preventive maintenance.
· Breakage.
· Calibrations.
· Critical tooling stock.
· Safety.
· Production facility operating, knowledge of compounding technology.
· Waste.
· Production stoppage.
· Knowledge of raw materials in use.
· Knowledge of final products.
· Quality of final products.
· Contact with HQ about technical and production issues.
· Operational contact with AT team.
· Team management.
· Training.
· Work schedule.
Required Skills and knowledge:
· English (read, write, speak).
· Experience in production / industry environment.
· Practical Engineer level.
· Electricity license (?)
· Good health, Ability to perform physical work.
· Residence in plant area.
· Ability to work extra hours and week-ends.
· Ability to arrive to Israel for a long training.
· Team management skills.
