职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1. Perform test software coding or code development to drive test equipment, product-firmware interface, test result data-log, fixture control through developing software and software drivers.
2. Responsible for the design and development of test solution in terms of hardware design and software coding for manufacturing test.
3. Understand customer test specification and test requirement, or analyzed customer product features to proposal test coverage and design of manufacturing test system.
4. Read and understand product schematics and circuit diagram and identify/proposed measurement point and request for test point in critical part of circuit.
5. Identify and select suitable test and measurement equipment for product electrical measurement.
6. Ability to design electronic circuit and source for electronics components for use to interface with product during testing.
7. Perform system integration and debug and conduct system repeatability through GRnR and CPK study and conduct test optimization to meet system release criteria.
8. Brainstorm and provide ideas, suggestions and solution to the various approach of testing a product.
9. Design or work with fixture vendor to define the testing jigs.
10. Conduct research into new technology and methodology for consistent measurement of a product feature.
11. Responsible for project deployment into production and support activities.
12. Ability to setup and debug test system timely for pilot builds.
13. Ability to support factory pilot build, identify issues lists and track to closure.
14. Assist factory (when needed) in identifying and rectifying test system related technical issues during mass productions.
15. Ability to identify and resolve test system issues efficiently with little assistance/guidance.Interacting with teams
16. Able to work effectively within different cross-functional teams within the company.
17. Able to communicate and co-work with customers on test specification and test system design.
18. Attend weekly project conference call with customer and cross-functional team from factory.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree/Msc in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
2. 5-8 years of working experience on test engineering, test development, or equivalent working experience in a manufacturing environment.
3. Test and measurement instrumentation exposure and experience in software development for remote equipment control is required.
4. Possess software coding experience. C#, C++, linux and script programming skill.
