岗位职责:
-发掘分析大客户招聘需求,拓展维护新老客户、为客户制定合理化招聘解决方案;
-把握项目产品以及测评、培训、薪酬产品销售机会,与客户谈判促成合作,做好业绩拉伸工作;
-快速有效解决客户的咨询、疑问、投诉、建议及反馈,提高客户满意度;
-执行公司的销售策略及政策,积极向公司提出参考意见,维护企业形象。
任职要求:
–形象气质佳,本科以上学历;
-两年以上本行业或互联网行业大客户维护经验,有RPO项目以及校园招聘经验者优先;
-有良好的业绩表现,具备共认的销售技巧、处理复杂问题的能力、做单时有双赢谈判的思维结构;
-良好的团队合作精神,优秀的人际交往,良好的理解协调能力,善于跨部门沟通合作;
-乐于创新,面以困难问题总能找到解决问题的方法。
