Space Planning

Develop and maintain an effective space strategy in order to achieve optimum space utilization.
Gather information in order to define space design strategy and follow client Connect Standard.
Update and collaborate all office relocations, incorporating moves and rearrangements with the service group in line with changes to space allocation.
Define appropriate workplace management strategy to be in line with client business needs, end-user expectation and infrastructure/service feasibility.
Continuously building up space planning knowledge in order to create an optimal workplace experience in line with the strategic vision of the company.


Project Management

Assist project managers and support client projects.


Planon System management

As the focal point of Planon system in Pan-Chian.
Ensure Planon operate smoothly, maintain data and solve issues.
New office set up and implement in Planon.


SUS

Regularly assess the portfolio for opportunity to improve. Such as SUS (space utilization Study)process in Pan-China
Collaborate with 3rd company and lead SUS in Pan-China


Others

Ensure visual standards in all locations maintained and improved during any space planning activities.
Negotiate space boundary changes with customer groups under minimum of management supervision in diplomatic and courteous manners to manage user expectation in line with space strategy and affordability.
Support in selection of business location and contract negotiation.

Requirements:

·Skilful in AUTO CAD

·Drawing update in time.

·Independently space utilization audit.

·Client satisfaction with service delivery

Timely processing and recording of service requests

·Ability to prioritise work and work under pressure

·Interpersonal skills with a strong client focus.

·Excellent time management skills

·Strong ability to multi-task

·Positive, friendly and helpful attitude

·Intermediate PC skill
