职位描述：
Job Purpose
Assure a permanent productivity at the best quality level with respect of environment regulations.

Key Areas of Responsibilities
-Elaborate the production plan cooperating with the concerned departments in relation with production.
- Plan the capacity and the means of production (equipment, material, human resources ...) in relation with the forecast quantity required.
- Lead the continuous improvement project in terms of production and be sure of low cost budget.
- Optimize the use of necessary adequate equipment.
- Take part in the quality and environment policy elaboration.
- Participate in the production candidates’ selection.
- Imply his collaborators in the concerned project and company policy.
- Assure productivity with best quality at shortest delays.
- Elaborate, control and enhance the production process.
- Reduce scrap and overconsumption of material and be sure of equipment adequate use.
- Take part in the elaboration of procedures, instructions and technical data and assure their implementation.
- Assure the training and knowledge’s refreshment of his staff.
- Manage, supply, maintain the production tooling and participate in the selection and implementation of new equipment.
- Assure the respect of the applicable regulations by the concerned intervenient.
- Participate in the environmental analyses and the related actions.
- Assure his duties while respecting environment.
- Control and Communicate any environmental aspect having a specific impact on environment.
- Manage the use of oil in production process.
- Take part in the scrap management.
- Be sure to properly represent the company.
- Other tasks which are assigned by direct superior

Knowledge & Qualifications
- Master the quality system and the production process.
- Know and mater the technics of industrial production, of flow management and of production planning.
- Know the basic rules of administrative and financial management and analytical accounting.
- Know the technics of organization and staff management.
- Know human factors and ergonomics and safety at work.
- Know the plastic material.
- Optimize production in terms of cost, delay, quality and quantity….
- Know and control the production equipment.
- Know the environmental aspects.
- Know conflict and stress management.

Skills & Competencies
- University degree(Engineer)
- Has a good command of English.
- Computer literacy, and software used
- More than 3 years’ experience if not similar post but manufacturing industry
- Preferential lean experience in production.
- Preferential has ISO9001/ISO14001/TS16949 implement and audit experience.
- Dynamic and enthusiastic.
- Practical, autonomous and persuasive.
- Analyzing situations in a structured, logical and calculated manner in good time.
- Organized, rigorous, vigilant and determined.
- Available and involved.
- Disciplined, autonomous.
- Rigorous ,organized and vigilant.
