职位描述：
Overall in charge of all the quality related issues covering IQC , PQC , OQC , Quality system . Pursue the philosophy of the zero PPM at customer and 6 sigma level internal quality level though continuous improvement .
？Leader of existing supplier quality management ,quality improvement and new supplier quality approval and development
？In charge of driving continuous process quality problem improvement to stabilize and improve the process quality capability/level 
？In charge of Customer complaint handling
？Responsible for ISO9000 Quality System maintain & All kinds of internal /external audit
？Responsible for Quality function team management and cross function’s coordination
？In charge of all the Sample certification projects
Work with logistic and purchasing on raw material quality issues- Trouble shooting , 8D improvement , developing of new supplier .  
？Coordinate with production team to set up/improve process control system with quality tools, such as PFMEA, CP, SPC, MSA etc.
？Process change control.
？Set up and control daily process/product audit system.
？Set up and maintain ISO system.
？Prepare for the audits from customer, the 3rd party and internal organization. 
？Organize the team and work with colleague to react on the customer complaints with 8D reporting system.
？Drive continuous process quality improvements by improvement projects coordinating with all cross functions with different tools, such as running 6Sigma projects, solving Top5 quality issues etc. 
？Other tasks assigned by immediate manager. 
？Formal Education:
？Bachelor degree in engineering, such as mechanical or electronics.
？Work Experience:
？8 years working experience in quality management areas including process quality management, quality system, supplier quality management etc. >3 years experience at quality supervisor /manager
？Have the working experience in production/process quality, mechanical industry background is preferred.
？Good knowledge on ISO9001, and ISO14000 system, certified internal auditor will be preferred. 
？Be good at most quality tools, such as APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, 8D, control plan, etc.
？People Management Skills:
？？Strong mindset to improve internal/external quality with “0”defect target 
？？Certificated 6sigma GB/BB and experienced in running 6Sigma projects. 
？？Good communication skill in both English and Mandarin.
？？Good computer skill, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Minitab etc.
